Napachie Sharky is from the small Inuit community of Kinngait on Baffin Island in Nunavut, Canada. He was born in September of 1971; currently living and working in Cape Dorset. Napachie has worked with many Inuit galleries and museums including the Marion Scott Gallery, the Institute of American Indian Arts Museum, Inuit Glaerie (Mannheim, Germany), and the Musee d’art Inuit Brousseau in Quebec.
