The print depicts the arrest of Calles, who was found by police at home in bed reading a Spanish translation of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf. The officer in the center of the print points at the airplane that will fly Calles to exile in the United States. Leopoldo Méndez and Alfredo Zalce created their print in 1960 at El Taller de Gráfica Popular (TGP). Their work was published in the 1960 TGP portfolio, "450 Años De Lucha: Homenaje Al Pueblo Mexicano (450 Years of Struggle: Homage to the Mexican People).
